May 26 – Mark Owen sued the
Elastos Foundation, Fay Li,
Feng Han, Rong Chen and others
about the Elastos Initial Coin
Offering that raised between
$94 million and $200 million
as “unregistered
securities.”
On May 26,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
emphasized that resolution
will require briefing on
Chinese law, and questioned
why briefs who have the
limited pages proposed.
He said the
motion to compel is due by
June 2, with opposition due
June 17 and reply by June 24.
