I didn\u2019t know what a blockchain was or a ledger or anything\u201d, he said, adding that at that time he noticed a \u201cdoom and gloom\u201d mood about the XRP lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just looked at the lawsuit and said \u201cthis is not a slam dunk lawsuit\u201d and so I told my wife I wanted to do a video on this\u201d, he said. The video was <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Wb5kNWNzJ9g\">published<\/a> on 5 January 2021 and it was the first of many since then.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow I have a wallet and my ledger. So I really am one of the group\u201d, he continued, as he pointed out that meeting people from all over the world has been the best part of his journey.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to analyzing the SEC v. For now, the SEC will ask the Judge to reconsider the ruling, which may be confirmed this month.<\/p>\n<p>XRP remains delisted in most exchanges in the United States, who fear they could get sued by the Securities and Exchange Commission for facilitating the trading of what could still be ruled as unregistered securities.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, ETH is the top 2 crypto asset by market cap, trading above $3,000 and being exchanged in thousands of markets.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2021, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/financefeeds.com\/btc-eth-eth2-usdt-bnb-ada-doge-dot-uni-whos-next-sec-ripples-xrp\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Jeremy Hogan analyzed Ethereum<\/a> in terms of its \u201cdanger rating\u201d of being sued by the SEC. In that video, he pointed to its fundraising event which \u201csure looked like\u201d an initial coin offering and the centralized management structure of the organization, which are problematic. Ethereum 2.0 added profit to stakers to the equation, which makes it worse.<\/p>\n<p>Questioned if Ethereum will ever be held accountable by the SEC or if they will get a second free pass despite \u201call the stuff that came out\u201d, Jeremy Hogan took the diplomatic road.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cBeware of what you wish for. If Ethereum gets sued by the SEC, what does that do to the crypto space? What if it loses?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI agree we need clarity and level the playing field but be careful of wishing ill upon you neighbor because we are all teammates in the big picture.
