The cryptocurrency market fell back in the last 24 hours, with major coins Polkadot, Solana, Dogecoin and Terra each losing 5% in value.<\/p>\n
Polkadot (DOT) is at $21.54 at the time of writing (7am UK), 7% higher than its price seven days ago.<\/p>\n
Solana (SOL) dropped to $111 and is 2<\/span>% up in a week, while Terra (LUNA) is at $55.62, 8% up over seven days.<\/p>\n Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) is back below 16 cents thanks to the drop, but 11% up over seven days.<\/p>\n Binance Coin (BNB) lost even more value, down 6%, as it fared the worst among the majors. Now at $414, it has nevertheless enjoyed a 9<\/span>% gain over seven days.<\/p>\n Cardano (ADA) is at $1.18 following a 4% drop and is 10% higher than its price last Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n Ethereum (ETH), the world\u2019s second most valuable coin, is around $3,100 after a 3% fall. <\/span>ETH is 13% up on its price a week ago.<\/span><\/p>\n Ripple (XRP) shed 3% \u2013 having gained a massive 20% in the previous 24-hour period \u2013 to sit at 86c, leaving its seven-day price up a whopping 38%.<\/p>\n Avalanche (AVAX) lost 3% to drop below $88<\/span>,<\/span> with a seven-day price increase of 21%.<\/p>\n Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) only dropped 2% to around $43,750 and is 14% up in a week.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The overall market cap of the more than 17,400 coins is at $1.99 trillion, a 3% decrease in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n To see how the valuations of the biggest movers and shakers \u2013 and main coins \u2013 have changed in the last few days,\u00a0click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n For valuations of the top 250 coins by market cap (updated every 15 minutes), their market cap plus 24-hour price change and volume traded, see below.<\/p>\n <\/p><\/div>\n
