You can watch the short below, which features Celebi taking Ash and Pikachu on a journey into the far future.<\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u3010\u516c\u5f0f\u3011&quot;A Ripple in Time&quot; by Pok\u00e9mon \u00d7 Daniel Arsham \u30c6\u30a3\u30b6\u30fc\u6620\u50cf\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T3_Si9np920?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Daniel Arsham teamed up with Kunihiko Yuyama (series director for the 1997 <em>Pok\u00e9mon<\/em> anime) to produce \u201cA Ripple in Time.\u201d Arsham, who is also heading up next month\u2019s artistic exhibit, specializes in \u201cfictional archaeology.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Ripple in Time\u201d invokes similar themes as next month\u2019s <em>Pok\u00e9mon <\/em>exhibit, challenging viewers to grapple with the concept of a distant future by showing us how familiar objects and structures may erode and change over a long period of time. Nanzuka described Arsham\u2019s provocative field of study as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Arsham\u2019s sculptural works made of materials such as pyrite, selenite, volcanic ash, glass, obsidian, growler rocks, crystal, and bronze, invite viewers on a journey through time. Through looking at buildings, a camera, toys, and cars etc. that have changed over time, viewers are able to imagine the possibility of various objects that are present around us to become nothing but fossilized artifacts in the distant future that lies a million years ahead. Alternatively, Arsham\u2019s work provokes us to think about our very own existence.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cA Ripple in Time\u201d will debut in full at next month\u2019s <em>Pok\u00e9mon\u00a0<\/em>x Arsham exhibit.
