While commenting on BlackRock\u2019s spot-bitcoin ETF filing, Eric says the timing of the application is \u201cinteresting\u201d because BlackRock didn\u2019t want to be \u201cleft out,\u201d claiming that the government can\u2019t say no to BlackRock because the firm has 10 trillion dollars under management and \u201ca lot of influence.\u201d He concludes that the SEC\u2019s Operation Choke Point 2.0 will not strangle the crypto industry.
