This week\u2019s guest in the <\/span>Cardano SPO section<\/b> is one <\/span>stake pool powered by hydroelectricity with the mission of attracting Chinese investors to Cardano<\/b>: <\/span>FIKA Pool [FIKA]<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Last week\u2019s guest was one <\/span>stake pool<\/span> operated by 3 Austrian friends with a Youtube channel.<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This initiative is a point of reference for everything Cardano-related and every week or two we will invite one <\/span>Stake Pool Operator <\/b>(SPO) to answer some questions and give us an update directly from within the Cardano community.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Considering that many of our readers are new to the crypto space, we will have a mix of simple and technical questions.<\/span><\/p>\n Hi, I\u2019m known in the Cardano community as <\/span>Bullish Dumpling<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n I\u2019m a <\/span>Chinese woman living in the UK<\/b>. In the past I have lived in Germany, USA and Sweden. <\/span>My background is in marketing<\/b>. I\u2019m terrible at small talk, so move on to the next questions haha!<\/span><\/p>\n All registrations are <\/span>posted on my channel <\/b>Youtube<\/b> for anyone who wants to listen to them.<\/span><\/p>\n Challenging and rewarding. <\/span>There is confusion in the Chinese community<\/b>: Cardano has little interest in growing the Chinese community? I want to take care of this, I want to put them in touch. <\/span>No local community should be overlooked, especially as Cardano is a global mission.<\/b><\/p>\n There are many people who support me both in the Chinese community and on the international scene. It is for them that I continue to do this. <\/span>The Chinese community is very eager to learn more, but Cardano\u2019s resources in their native language are very limited<\/b>. So I try my best to educate. <\/span><\/p>\n At the moment the priority is <\/span>community development<\/b>, really trying to build a solid foundation of people who stay and educate each other. <\/span><\/p>\n When I say Chinese community, I mean that it\u2019s about people who speak Chinese, not just Chinese. <\/span>A lot of people from Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore are in this community<\/b>, and many have contacted me to express their appreciation for me and Cardano, they are fantastic people. <\/span><\/p>\n Then, <\/span>Yifu Pedersen makes custom jewelry on commission with proof of ownership via NFT<\/b>. We made our first Cardano series of 25 pieces 18k gold plated pendant \/ brooch \/ multipurpose brooch. And the sale is done privately via our Telegram bidding bot. <\/span><\/p>\n In addition to Cardano-themed jewels <\/span>we focus on 18k gold engagement rings, gemstone jewelry which are personalized for customers<\/b>. We recently made a pair of unheated natural ruby \u200b\u200bstuds for David Bateson\u2019s wife (David is the voice actor of the Hitman game series), and a pink sapphire engagement ring for a Danish friend. They are all very happy. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe Great Filter\u201d helps Project Catalyst voters make voting decisions by filtering all submissions <\/b>using i <\/span>filter criteria<\/span> designed by them. Then we present the proposals that have passed the filter through <\/span>video on YouTube<\/span>. This is an MVP, and it is open sourced, so the community is encouraged to give their filter criteria as well. <\/span><\/p>\n Don\u2019t forget to vote on Catalyst<\/b>,<\/span> is an experiment for the future of Cardano.
