What Happened<\/strong>: Investors were frayed\u00a0following news that cryptocurrency exchange\u00a0Genesis<\/strong>‘ warned about\u00a0filing for bankruptcy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dogecoin<\/strong> DOGE\/USD<\/span> slid\u00a01.80% in the last 24 hours, trading at $0.07498, according to CoinMarketCap.<\/p>\n

U.S. stocks<\/strong> traded mostly lower, with the Nasdaq Composite Index <\/strong>dropping more than 100 points. The Dow Jones Index<\/strong> fell over 70 points.<\/p>\n

Bonds issued by Coinbase<\/a>\u00a0Global<\/strong> COIN<\/span> and\u00a0MicroStrategy<\/strong> MSTR<\/span> have slumped as investors’ confidence crashed\u00a0in the wake of the FTX collapse<\/a>. According to data from Finra-Morningstar, Coinbase\u2019s bond 203 dropped 15% to 50 cents. MSTR took a similar beating as the price dropped to a record 72.5 cents.<\/p>\n

This comes as Cathie Wood<\/strong>\u2019s Ark Invest<\/strong> bought 1.3 million shares of Coinbase worth $56 million just this month.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Crypto analyst PlanB <\/strong>compared three different dates: the price of BTC in November 2020 was $16,000, in November 2021 was $64,000 and in November 2022 was again to $16,000.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo Bitcoin can 4x in a year and \/4 in the year after,\u201d the analyst tweeted, adding that there are no \u201chigh returns without high volatility.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pseudonymous crypto analyst Capo<\/strong>\u00a0said, \u201cmore blood\u00a0yet to come\u201d and predicted that\u00a0BTC will hover around the $12,000 to $14,000 range, ETH to $600 and $650, Cardano<\/strong> ADA\/USD<\/span> between $0.16 to $0.20, and Litecoin<\/a><\/strong> LTC\/USD<\/span> somewhere between $29 to $32.<\/p>\n
