At the time of writing, <\/span>Ripple<\/span><\/a>\u2019s popular NFTs, such as <\/span>XPUNKS<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>BLOCKCHAIN BACKER<\/span><\/a>, had been performing poorly. Over the last seven days, both these collections floor price depreciated by 0.54% and 51% respectively, according to data provided by <\/span>onXRP.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
This new collaboration might help Ripple\u2019s NFT market.<\/span><\/p>\n
Even though the top NFTs on the <\/span>Ripple<\/span><\/a> network were not witnessing any improvements, Ripple observed positive growth in other areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ripple\u2019s network growth saw a massive spike, as can be seen from the image below. A spike in network growth implies that the number of new addresses that transferred an <\/span>XRP<\/span><\/a> for the first time had increased.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
However, Ripple\u2019s velocity declined significantly over the past month, indicating that the frequency at which XRP had been moving across various addresses had decreased.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another factor that suggested a decline in activity was the deprecating daily active addresses on the network. As can be observed from the image below, along with Ripple\u2019s velocity, the number of daily active addresses on the network fell as well.<\/span><\/p>\n
