According to him, 1M RSI for the BTC\/USD pair dropped to 40.5 in November.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#bitcoin<\/a> has never been weaker. Welles Wilder Jr.\u00a0in the 1970s, this indicator is used to demonstrate a trend in recent price changes of this or that asset. This, in turn, allows analysts to check whether the asset is overbought or oversold.<\/p>\n<p>On the stock markets, the asset is considered to be oversold when RSI drops below 30. However, for such a large time frame, the 40.5\/100 level is also very painful for bulls.<\/p>\n<div class=\"something middle_banner\">\n<div class=\"something__content something__content-square\" style=\"width:336px;height:280px\">\n<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/servedbyadbutler.com\/go2\/;ID=183269;size=336x280;setID=558953\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/servedbyadbutler.com\/adserve\/;ID=183269;size=336x280;setID=558953;type=img;click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER\" width=\"336\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ads<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bitcoin&#8217;s 1M RSI has never been so low in the entire history of the first cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n<p>As covered by U.Today previously, seasoned analyst Charles Edwards claimed that, according to his &#8220;Energy Value Model,&#8221; Bitcoin (BTC) is also oversold and changes hands with more than a 50% discount.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h31\">Double bottom comfirmed?<\/h2>\n<p>Also, PlanB noticed that the recent <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/u.today\/bitcoin-traders-are-furiously-buying-dip-as-open-interest-surges-to-380000-btc\" rel=\"noopener\">Bitcoin (BTC) price collapse to $16,000<\/a> is the &#8220;second capitulation&#8221; that marks the bottom of this bear cycle. The first one was associated with the Luna\/UST collapse in early May.<\/p>\n<p>For him, this pattern looks exactly like that of the 2015 cycle with a double bottom associated with the hack of the Bitstamp exchange and the activation\u00a0of Bitcoin&#8217;s XT hardfork.
