INDIANAPOLIS \u2013 On Tuesday, Curtis Baker was found guilty of murder in connection to the death of Alfred Hayes.<\/p>\n

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene at Connor’s Pub near 64th and Ferguson streets<\/a> just before 3:30 a.m. in October 2019.<\/p>\n

Arriving officers found Hayes suffering from at least one gunshot wound. It is unclear if the victim was inside or outside when the shooting occurred.<\/p>\n

Hayes worked at The Casba as the security manager, where he was known as a director and thespian.<\/p>\n

After five months, Baker was arrested in Edwardsburg, Michigan<\/a> in February 2020.<\/p>\n

Baker\u2019s trial lasted two days.<\/p>\n

He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 25.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
