On Saturday (July 23), Vivek Raman<\/a>, Head of Proof of Stake (PoS) at digital asset FinTech firm BitOoda<\/a>, explained why $ETH will flip $BTC.<\/p>\n BitOoda, which was founded in New York in 2017, was \u201ccreated to deliver transparency and accelerate the global adoption of transformational technologies by promoting efficient marketplaces through innovative and professional capital markets solutions.\u201d Founders Tim Kelly and Rob Madden \u201cleveraged their expertise to create a financial technology and services firm that aims to evolve digital asset markets through an\u00a0innovative data-driven platform\u00a0that offers\u00a0next-generation financial products, high-touch brokerage\u00a0services, and\u00a0applied research solutions\u00a0that put our clients\u2019 interests first.\u201d BitOoda claims to be \u201cthe only digital asset institutional platform regulated by the SEC, the CFTC, and the DFS.\u201d<\/p>\n On July 18, BitOoda announced<\/a> the hiring of Raman, who is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner at residential real estate buy-to-rent platform Resinvest<\/a>. BitOoda\u2019s press release mentioned that \u201cwith this expansion, BitOoda plans to launch a number of financial solutions focused on PoS and ETH, including a series of new research reports, structured products, and trading strategies.\u201d<\/p>\n Raman, who has nearly nine years of trading experience at investment banks Morgan Stanley, UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Nomura, said back then:<\/p>\n \u201cI could not be prouder to join the BitOoda team.
