Three recent cases illustrate how uncertainty has led to novel applications of existing law and encouraged litigation. These cases come from the realms of:<\/p>\n<p>Criminal enforcement, as seen in\u00a0In re: Criminal Complaint;<\/p>\n<p>Civil enforcement, as seen in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\u00a0v. LBRY Inc.; and<\/p>\n<p>Private litigation, as seen in Underwood v.
