Martin Shkreli,<\/strong>\u00a0who gained notoriety for jacking up the price of a lifesaving drug by 5000%, says he\u2019s working on a decentralized software with applications in the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n What Happened:\u00a0<\/strong>Shkreli said he sees the potential use cases for blockchain in the pharmaceutical industry. He did not elaborate on the nature of the software he was working on and its scope, according to a Decrypt\u00a0report<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Shkreli, who earned the sobriquet \u201cPharma Bro,\u201d said he holds a \u201csmattering of different coins\u201d tied to \u201cphysical reality or financial reality.
