The strongest plunge on Ethereum since 2020 helps with ADA&#8217;s short-term rally against major players on the market.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h31\">25% against Bitcoin<\/h2>\n<p>While <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/u.today\/ethereum-eth-price-analysis-for-june-18\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethereum&#8217;s<\/a> massive sell-off is the biggest support for ADA, Bitcoin&#8217;s 32% drop in value caused only a 25% return for Cardano, which does not make it the best hedge against the cryptocurrency market but still a better option than holding large caps like BTC or ETH.<\/p>\n<div class=\"something middle_banner\">\n<div class=\"something__content something__content-square\" style=\"width:336px;height:280px\">\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/servedbyadbutler.com\/go2\/;ID=183269;size=336x280;setID=558953\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/servedbyadbutler.com\/adserve\/;ID=183269;size=336x280;setID=558953;type=img;click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER\" width=\"336\" height=\"280\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ads<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>While ADA&#8217;s growth is mostly tied to the lack of exposure to institutional funds that are being liquidated, industry experts are also highlighting the fundamental wellness of the network, which is receiving a massive amount of updates and releases this\u00a0summer, including Djed stablecoin, Vasil hard fork and others.<\/p>\n<p>With\u00a0the constant updates and relatively low pressure from investors because of the low-leveraged nature of the asset, Cardano has all the chances of being among the leaders when the cryptocurrency market sees new funds inflows.
