After a collaboration with BitPay, it allowed investors to fund their commitment with the following assets: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) and five USD-pegged stablecoins (USDC, BUSD, DAI, GUSD, and USDP).<\/p>\n By doing so, NLI became the first REIT firm to embrace digital currencies as a means of payment. CJ Follini \u2013 CEO of the company \u2013 described the initiative as an \u201cessential way to connect with today\u2019s investors.\u201d<\/p>\n The entity further explained that clients can divide their investments between crypto and fiat currency. To do that, they should select their preferred wallet or exchange, choose a digital asset, and scan a QR code.<\/p>\n Stephen Pair \u2013 CEO of BitPay \u2013 said the endeavor is another \u201cexample of moving crypto mainstream.\u201d The exec predicted that investors will spend billions of dollars in digital assets in the next year:<\/p>\n \u201cWe see more investors asking to move cryptocurrency allocations into physical assets like real estate. This ability puts Noyack at the forefront of alternative investment management. The market potential for crypto adoption bridging into the physical world is huge.
