LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI)\u00a0\u2014 If you’re looking for a local place to grab a bite to eat, Ripple and Company has you covered.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The downtown restaurant is officially back open and ready for customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The restaurant opened up during the pandemic in December of 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Over time, staff members learned community members were looking for a different atmosphere when going out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ripple and Company owners took community feedback in mind when revamping the restaurant.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Scott Trzaskus, partner with Ripple and Company, told News 18 there are two things, in particular, that got the restaurant through tough times.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

“It’s our guests and our employees. It’s been difficult on both,” Trzaskus told News 18.\u00a0“People have been nervous to come out and eat. And our staff, it was a very difficult time for them. Both have gotten through it.”<\/p>\n

Ripple and Company has also expanded its menu.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The restaurant now includes more salad, street taco, and sandwich options.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Trzaskus says staff members are excited to see folks come back.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“There’s a real energy that’s in the building right now,” Trzaskus explained to News 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I think it’s in large part due to the changes we’re making…a large part of the fact the weather is breaking.”<\/p>\n

Restaurant hours of operation:<\/p>\n

Monday: Closed<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00am -10:00pm\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Friday-Saturday: 11:00am -11:00pm<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunday: 11:00am – 9:00pm<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ripple Brunch will be every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
